1. Service Description

Drop Watch is a hotel rate monitoring service. We check Universal Orlando Resort hotel rates on your behalf and notify you by email when rates drop below a threshold you specify. Drop Watch is a monitoring and alerting tool — we are not a booking service and do not book, modify, or cancel reservations on your behalf.

All rebooking must be done directly through Universal Orlando's official booking channels. Drop Watch provides information to help you make rebooking decisions; we do not facilitate transactions.

2. No Guarantee of Rate Accuracy

Hotel rates on Universal Orlando's website change frequently and without notice. While we strive to check rates accurately, we cannot guarantee that the rates we report are current, complete, or available at the time you attempt to rebook.

Rates displayed by Drop Watch may differ from those shown on Universal Orlando's website due to caching, availability changes, or data retrieval timing. Always verify the current rate directly with Universal Orlando before canceling an existing reservation.

3. Free Tier Limitations

Drop Watch is currently offered as a free service. We reserve the right to introduce usage limits, paid tiers, or modify the features included in any tier at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to existing users via email.

4. Account Termination

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us or using the account settings in your dashboard.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to abuse or circumvent our systems, or engage in activity that disrupts the service for other users. We will notify you of termination unless doing so would be harmful to the service or other users.

5. No Affiliation with Universal Orlando or Loews Hotels

Drop Watch is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Universal Orlando Resort, Universal Parks & Resorts, Comcast NBCUniversal, or Loews Hotels & Co. All hotel names, brand names, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. We access publicly available rate information for the sole purpose of providing monitoring alerts to our users.

6. Limitation of Liability

Drop Watch is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall Drop Watch, its operators, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service — including but not limited to losses from rebooking decisions made based on information provided by Drop Watch, cancellation fees, or unavailability of advertised rates.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of liability for certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Drop Watch after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
